Artists Carrie and Claire have been working with hundreds of residents from across the borough since March, to collect untold stories and memories of inspiring women past and present. These stories include those of women who have personally touched their lives, inspiring the creation of 540 ceramic tile hearts, created by local people and dedicated to a strong woman who inspires them.
We invite everyone who collaborated with Carrie and the Heart of Glass team, or supported this project to come along, enjoy a slice of cake and celebrate this beautiful piece of co-created public art with us!
