Sewing and Socialising Coffee Mornings

Meet artist Shonagh Short to learn more about a new art project in Stockbridge. All welcome, whether you’re a regular at the Centre or a first-time visitor. Bring along something in need of a little love or repair, or just drop in for food and a chat, no creative / mending skills necessary.

Drop-in workshops will take place on Thursdays: 12th, 19th December 2024, and 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th January 2025.

Sessions will be relaxed and include repairing clothes and pre-loved items. We’ll use patching and colourful threads and materials to celebrate and draw attention to the positivity in visible care and repair - both for loved items, and for each other.
