About Prototype Projects
We're supporting artists working with communities in St Helens and Knowsley to test, explore and develop new, innovative ideas and engage new audiences.
Your Prototype Project can involve any art form and take place in a diverse range of social and community contexts. For example; workshops, an installation, a performance, a sound piece, an online conversation, or engaging with a professional development opportunity or mentor.
Informal advice sessions
Artists interested in applying to our micro-commissioning programme, Prototype Projects, are invited to one of our informal information and advice sessions, where you can:
- Find out how Heart of Glass works with artists and communities
- Find out how Prototype Projects supports artists’ development
- Ask questions about the application and selection process
- Take part in a workshop activity with other artists and a member of the Heart of Glass team to develop your application
