Take part in a ‘walk-shop’ exploring the importance of our local environment to identify together how we can help to look after our precious ‘green lungs’.
12pm - 2pm Drop in sessions. Join John for a poetry-based reflective activity in the Incredible Edible Pavillion. John will collect the poems/drawings you make, for a small display at Incredible Edible on Saturday 16th September.
2pm - 4pm - bookable sessions. Sessions include shared reading, drawing, writing, meditation and discussion.
This workshop is for adults, but feel free to bring the family along!
