Creative & practical activities to help build independence, resilience and friendships – have a go at seed collecting & plant medicine, fortification, self-defense, disguises, mechanics and more.

The idle women institute is a women's project and working space in St. Helens town centre, opened as a place for women to tear the house apart, in more ways than one.. The space is part of Helen, a wider programme of work with women in St Helens; a partnership between idle women, Heart of Glass and Anu.
