Sophie Mahon is a socially engaged artist and producer, working across many different disciplines including film, technology, installation and sculpture. Sophie makes work about a whole host of different topics, often focusing on social issues.

Sophie has worked across the UK and internationally with organisations including Tate Modern, the Whitworth and In-Situ. They have also worked in settings that include arts and health, with festivals and with live theatre. Sophie Mahon works collaboratively with others and is currently working closely with the Heart of Glass in St Helens to develop opportunities for young women in the area to develop skills and access opportunities.
