Rachel Gnagniko
Rachel Gnagniko is a Franco-Togolese, socially engaged cultural practitioner and the founder of Amiokaa Associates, a collaborative anti-oppression management consultancy.
Gnagniko has over 15 years’ experience as a management consultant and cultural practitioner and focuses on creating inclusive frameworks, amplifying underrepresented voices, and driving cultural change with an international and interdisciplinary perspective.
As a fellow of the NODE Curatorial Studies Programme and the Trauma-Informed Practice Programme at the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy, Gnagniko combines her knowledge of emotional labour, neurodiversity and anti-oppressive practices in her work.
She has joined forces with organisations like Heart of Glass and Berwick Film & Media Arts Festival to develop stronger structures and policies that address societal challenges while promoting equity, resilience and meaningful change in the publicly funded and arts sectors.
