Lucy Powell is an artist and researcher based in Berlin. Her practice explores human relationality with our more-than-human world and questions what it means to live care-fully now. Choosing to work outside the traditional setting of the gallery space, she creates walks, workshops, maps, books, audio works, and participatory performances.

Lucy seeks to enact a post-individualist praxis and often works in collaboration with others. Recent collaborations include HILDEGARD (2022) with horticulturalist Andreas Hengst, and HOLOBIOSONICS (2019 - 2021) with artist Ally Bisshop. Between 2011 and 2017 she co-initiated Satellite Salon, a roaming platform for art-science conversations in Berlin and Edinburgh. During 2015-2017 Satellite Salon joined with Salon Universitas in Kassel, Germany.
