Claire Eddleston is a St Helens based artist with 19 years experience in the NHS. Claire is passionate about changing our approach to mental health care through art and creativity. Claire joined the team as mentee to Carrie Reichardt for Strong Women of St Helens.

“A ceramics studio is my first memory of making art from childhood. I’m so motivated by Carrie’s work - the ceramics bring an extra layer to the mosaics which I’d never even thought possible. I never imagined I’d be helping to make a piece of public art, and it’s always been a dream to make something so big. This experience will inspire me and allow my confidence to grow, so I can go on to create more public art with our community.”
